Looking for a property manager for your investment portfolio of residential real estate properties? Let Shamrock Property Management put our experience to work for you!  We are currently considering portfolios of multiple single-family and small multi-family (1-4 units) for management. At this time we are not accepting single properties for management.

Our office is located at 1000 W. State Highway 6, Suite 510 in The Ridge Office Park and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our staff also monitors an after hours phone for emergency maintenance situations.

Financial services include the collection of security deposits and rents. All approved bills are paid promptly. Monthly statements reflecting the receipts and disbursements, including the paid bills, are audited and e-mailed or mailed to the client monthly and income is direct-deposited to the owner’s bank account at the end of each month.

Maintenance and repair services are handled by our trusted local vendors, independent contractors and handymen. For all major repairs or replacements, bids are obtained to determine the best value for our clients. Our focus is to keep costs low for our owners while maintaining the quality of the properties for long-term occupancy.

Tenants are carefully screened for credit worthiness and ability to pay rent. Our leasing agents do a thorough walk-through for every move-in and move-out.
