As we welcome in 2017, Shamrock Property Management is thrilled to introduce our new website with an online tenant portal for you to easily pay your rent online!

 

How It Works:

Tenants, you can now activate your portal and:

  • view your balance
  • make a quick payment
  • set up a recurring monthly payment, or
  • submit and track maintenance requests

Best of all, you can pay your rent with NO FEES if you pay with your checking or savings account! Just look for the email we sent you with a link to activate your portal. Click either “Pay Now” or “Set up Autopay” from the Home screen. You can make a payment for any amount that you want on any day that you choose.

Of course, you still have the option to pay with a credit or debit card, but there is a convenience fee of about 3% that gets charged, so we’d encourage you to use your bank account instead.

Also, you also can make a payment with cash at any 7-Eleven or ACE Cash Express. There’s a small fee of $3.99 but it saves you the hassle of getting multiple money orders and bringing them over to our office. If you’d like to use this feature, call us and we can send you your account number to show the clerk at the store.
